Let's cook: oyakodon
Oyako… what? Oyakodon, that is a donburi – a big bowl of rice with garnish – with chicken and eggs: let’s cook!

Ingredients for 4
- 2 fillets of chicken
- 8 eggs
- 4 bowls of rice
- 1 leek
- kizami-nori
- 700ml katsudon sauce
What to do now?
- Bring the katsudon sauce to boil in a saucepan.
- Mince the leek and wash it under water.
- Cut the chicken in 3cm dices.
- Put a quarter of the leek in a quarter of the sauce.
- Put a quarter of the chicken dices in a pan with the sauce and leek.
- Heat for a few minutes.
- Batter 2 eggs and add them in the pan.
- Put rice in a bowl.
- Pour the content of the pan over the rice.
- Sprinkle with nori.
- Do it all again for the 3 other oyakodon.
