How to get autographs

Two systems are proposed to get autographs, to offer a chance for everyone to get a memory from one of our guests!

Posted on

Please note that autographs are strictly forbidden for all exhibitors.

You can get only one autograph per guest during the festival.

ATTENTION!

  • To get an autograph, you must have a ticket.
To get a ticket, you must go to the Autograph Desk.
  • Now all the tickets have your photo on them. You can’t give them to someone else.
  • You can have only one autograph per guest during the whole festival.
  • To access the autograph area, you must show your entrance ticket.

How does it work?

  • First go to the Autograph Desk to get a ticket.
  • Wait in the line corresponding to the guest you want an autograph from.
  • When it’s your turn, scan the barcode corresponding to the guest you want an autograph from: then you can see how many tickets left there are on the screen. Check out if it’s the right guest.
  • Scan your entrance ticket:
    • for lotteries: the lottery is made by the computer. Thus, there is no cheating. If you win, the computer takes your photo and a ticket with your photo on it is printed.
    • for first come first served: the computer just takes your photo and a ticket with your photo on it is printed.
  • When you have your autograph ticket, you can go to the signing room for the session!
  • At the autograph room, your ticket is scanned and your identity checked out thanks to your photo (a dirty, damaged or illegible ticket might be refused at the autograph session).

Signing supports

  • Generally speaking, during autograph sessions, you must show an official product from the artist when you attend an autograph session.
It  may seem obvious but it’s worth a reminder, an official product is in no way a counterfeit!
  • For some artists, the festival gives a free signing ex-libris.
