At J-Shack

J-Shack is the first food truck in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in Japanese-style crepes, which are the kings of street food in Japan.  Different from the traditional French style, Japanese crepes are casual and the folding of it makes it a convenient hand held treat.

Our menu ranges from traditional dessert to unique and exclusive savory crepes.  Our specialty delights are combined with popular dishes like okonomiyaki and arabiki sausage.  All of our specialty crepes are J-Shack original and cannot be found anywhere in the country!!   We are committed to serving creative and delicious crepes in the spirit of the always-evolving Japanese crepes!

At JapaCurry

The first Japanese food truck in the Bay Area, JapaCurry strives to provide the authentic curry dishes that make it the most popular family meal served at homes throughout Japan.

The recipe for JapaCurry is based on Jay’s special style with curry made from scratch and takes several days of cooking with secret spices and superior ingredients. The end result is a delicious meal that is made with care and provided at a price that is reasonable for all.

At KUSHIYaki Kuishinbo

KUSHIYaki Kuishinbo was created by a food lover’s dream of having authentic Japanese street food. Kushi Yaki means char grill on a stick you can find underneath a typical train station in Japan. And Kuishinbo means food lover or foodie in Japanese.

Kushi Yaki Kuishinbo brings you authentic Japanese street food and experience to your door. You can find them at Japantown Certified Farmers Market on Sundays. They also provide catering services for a wide variety of events large or small.

At Manna

Manna is the first mobile SUSHI truck in the Bay Area, and they offer their customers an exciting menu, is to let you choose your own ingredients to create a custom roll or hand-roll of YOURS. On the menu page, you’ll discover some unique rolls that are created by the customers. So come check them out at Japan Expo on Saturday, they can’t wait to see how creative you could ROLL!
