About TICKETING

Q: At what age do children need to purchase tickets?
A:  Children aged 8 and under get in for free with a paid adult ticket!

Q: Where do I buy my ticket?
A: You can buy pre-sales tickets on our website (and only here) but if you forget, you can buy your tickets on-site too. 

Q: I didn't receive my ticket by email. What should I do?
A: First, you should check your spam folder. Spam folder is often the solution.
If you don't find any ticket in your spam folder, use our contact form and select "Ticketing". We usually answer within 48 hours.
At the show, a special desk will be open at Gate 8 for people who had problems when buying their tickets online, like those who didn't receive the ticket by e-mail.

Q: What are the general terms of sale for tickets?
A: You can find our general terms of sale here.

Q: Are Zen Tickets valid for 3 days or just one day?
Zen Tickets are 3-Day Ticket with some advantages (early entrance, gifts). More information on this page.

Q: Can I still get a ticket at the show if I don't buy it beforehand?
Yes tickets are sold on site and we have plenty of room to welcome everyone!

Q: Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the event center?
A: At this time, we do not have plans for a shuttle.

Q: Is there parking at the event center?
A: The San Mateo Event Center has on-site parking for $10 per car (no in-and-out privileges).

Q: Does the event center parking allow for in-and-out privileges?
A: Due to the San Mateo Event Center's policy, we cannot offer in-and-out privileges.

Q: Where can I drop off my coat or bag?
A: We have bag checks at the entrance of the exhibitor hall (the Fiesta Hall).

General questions

Q: Help! I didn't receive my artist alley packet!
A: Please send us a message on the contact form, and someone will be in touch with you soon! Please put "Artist Alley" in the subject line of your message.

COSPLAY

Q: Are toy guns allowed as props for general cosplay?
A: California state law requires that prop or replicas of real firearms be at least 50% safety colors.  Exceptions are allowed for performances i.e. on stage, but they may not be carried otherwise.
