Our video game participants & guests!

Japan Expo has a lot in store for you if you love video games! We bring you chances to meet our video game guests of honor, and various well-known participants from the industry!

Let's start our video game recap with  two Guests of Honor! 

If you have been playing Street Fighter for a long time, you should know who Daigo IKENO is. Being famous for being the art director for Street Fighter, he is also a chara-designer and illustrator at Capcom.  

Akira YAMAOKA is well known for being the composer for the music and sountrack of Silent Hill, a horror game series. Come meet him and see his concert: there's nothing to be afraid of!


You're a Hatsune Miku fan? Then note this: one of the leaders of interactice entertainment, SEGA of America will be joining us at Japan Expo to bring you more details on Project Diva at their panel!

 
 
 

And there's more:

  • ShowDown Esports will be hosting a few game tournaments at Japan Expo!
  • Bay Area Fight Night will host two game tournaments at Japan Expo. One will be a Street Fighter IV tournament and the other will be a Marvel VS Capcom 3 tournament. Take a chance ao enter and win some prizes!
  • Well known for translating one of Lunatic Joker's Illustration 2013 Moe Headphones Design on Kickstarter, Sekai Project has also translated many other visual novels from Japan.
  • Christine TSIN is an illustrator who has worked with Bake450 that released the mobile app games, Bread Puppies and Bread Kittens. She will be hosting a digital art panel on the basics of working with tablets and digital illustration.
